All children (Nursery through 6th Grade) MUST be dropped off and picked up by a parent.

All Nursery Children will be dropped off and picked up at the classroom door by a parent.

• Workers will put a security sticker on each child and will give the parent a matching security number.
• When parents pick up their child, workers will match the parent’s tag to their child’s tag before releasing the child.  Each child will receive a random security tag number each week in sticker form.  

All Preschool Children

Will check in at the Preschool Check-in Center where they will be given a security tag and escorted to class by a Check-in Team member (or parent in case of separation anxiety.)  Parents will receive a matching tag.

Parents will come to the Preschool Check-in Center to pick up their child.  The Check-in Team will get the child from class and match child’s security tag to the Parent #, remove the tag and release the child.  Each child will receive a random security tag number each week.

Kindergarten –Third Graders

Will be checked in and checked out by their parent.  Each child will be given a random security tag number and the parents will be given a matching number.  At drop off, parents will be given the room number to pick up their child determined by which session(s) their child plans to attend.  Children attending both HighGear and OverDrive sessions will transfer rooms with an adult leader.  Upon pick up, parents must show their child’s matching number and then the child will be released to the parent.

Fourth – Sixth Graders

Will be checked in and checked out by their parent.  Each child will be given a random security tag number and the parents will be given a matching number.  At drop off, parents will be given the room number to pick up their child determined by which session(s) their child plans to attend.  Children attending both HighGear and OverDrive sessions will transfer rooms with an adult leader.  Upon pick up, parents must show their child’s matching number and then the child will be released to the parent.

If there is an emergency of any kind for one of your children, bring them to the Preschool Check-in Center where the parents will be notified.  A first-aid kit will also be located at the Preschool Check-in Center.
